What are my delivery options?
- Click & Collect: We offer click and collect to any Ackermans store nationwide (limited to South Africa and Ackermans Connect stores).
- Click & Collect Express: We offer click and collect to any Ackermans store nationwide (limited to South Africa and Ackermans Connect stores).
- Home Delivery: Ackermans is available in main areas such as Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town.
What are the delivery charges?
1. Home delivery
Orders below R600: R60 delivery fee applies to main areas.
Orders of R600 and above: FREE delivery.
2. Click & Collect
Orders below R350: R35 delivery fee applies to main areas.
Orders of R350 and above: FREE delivery.
3. Click & Collect Express
Orders below R600: R60 delivery fee applies to main areas.
Orders of R600 and above: FREE delivery.
Note: if an order expires, the delivery fee will NOT be refunded.
What is the estimated delivery time for orders placed online?
1. Home delivery: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
2. Click & Collect: Delivery within 7-9 business days.
3. Click & Collect Express: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
*Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Can I track my order?
1. Keep track of your order easily with our tracking link that you will receive when your order is on the way.
2. Receive updates via WhatsApp, Email or SMS.

Can I choose a specific date and time for my delivery?
Unfortunately, you cannot select a specific date at this stage. Booking slots may be available in the future.
What happens if I'm not available at the delivery address when the order arrives?
If you are not home to accept your order, it will be deemed as a failed delivery, and the courier will contact you to make a second attempt. If the second attempt fails, the order will be sent to the nearest Ackermans store for you to collect.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your address once you’ve placed your order online.
Can I return or exchange items that were delivered to my home?
If you're not happy with your order, you can return your delivery items to your nearest Ackermans store within 30 days.

Can I cancel my home delivery order, and if so, what is the process for doing so?
Once you have placed your online order and paid, unfortunately we cannot change your order after that point.
Can I pay for my home delivery order using cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, you cannot pay with cash for Home Delivery purchases.
Are there any items that cannot be delivered to my home due to specific restrictions?
If you can add items to your cart, it is available, and we can deliver it to your home.
