What Are My Delivery Options?
- Click & Collect: We offer click and collect to any Ackermans store nationwide (limited to South Africa and Ackermans Connect stores).
- Home Delivery: Ackermans is available in main areas such as Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town.
What are the delivery charges?
- Click & Collect
FREE delivery on click & collect orders.
- Home Delivery
Orders below R500: R50 delivery fee applies to main areas.
Orders of R500 and above: FREE delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time for orders placed online?
- Click & Collect: We will notify you once your selected Ackermans store receives your parcel, typically within 7-9 business days.
- Home Delivery: You will receive your online order within 3-5 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Can I track my order?
- Click & Collect: Tracking your order is easy! Simply use your order number and click here to see where your parcel is.
- Home Delivery: Yes, you can track your order by going into the tracking link you will receive when your order is on the way.

Can I choose a specific date and time for my delivery?
- Click & Collect Unfortunately you can’t select a specific date at this stage. Booking slots may be available in the future.

What happens if I'm not available at the delivery address when the order arrives?
- Click & Collect A.
- Home Delivery If you are not home to accept your order, it will be deemed as a failed delivery and the courier will contact you to make a 2nd attempt. If the 2nd attempt fails, the order will be sent to the nearest Ackermans store for you to collect.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
- Click & Collect: Unfortunately, you can’t change your pick-up location once you’ve placed your order online.
- Home Delivery: Unfortunately, you can’t change your address once you’ve placed your order online.
Can I return or exchange items that were delivered to my home?
If you’re not fully happy with your products, you can return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase at your closest Ackermans store. To know more about how returns work, please view our full return policy here.
What should I do if there's an issue with my home delivery order?

Can I cancel my home delivery order, and if so, what is the process for doing so?

Are there any items that cannot be delivered to my home due to specific restrictions?
- Click & Collect If you can add items to your cart, it is available to purchase with Click & Collect.
- Home Delivery If you can add items to your cart, it is available and we can deliver it to your home.
