Black Friday Voucher Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by Ackermans (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion will run from 22 September 2026 to 4 October 2026, inclusive.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open to South African residents with a valid email address.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must spend a minimum of R350 in a single qualifying transaction on the Ackermans online store during the promotion period. In-store purchases do not qualify.
4.2 Each qualifying transaction gives the participant a chance to win an R2,000 Black Friday voucher.
4.3 Proof of purchase must be retained and may be requested to verify a valid entry.
5. Prize
The prize is an R2,000 Black Friday voucher redeemable on the Ackermans online store only.
6. Voucher Conditions
6.1 The voucher may be redeemed on the Ackermans online store only, on 27 November 2026. It may not be redeemed in-store.
6.2 The voucher is subject to the redemption of instructions communicated to the winner.
6.3 The voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.4 Any unused voucher value will be forfeited after the voucher usage period.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted using the contact details provided or linked to the qualifying transaction. The Promoter’s decision is final.
8. Voucher Validity
The voucher is valid for use on 27 November 2026 only and will not be replaced if lost, expired, or unused.
9. Personal Information (POPIA)
Personal data will be used to administer the promotion and for marketing communication. Participants may opt out at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ackermans shall not be liable for technical failures, incorrect entries, or lost communications.
11. General
Ackermans reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent activity and amend or cancel the promotion if reasonably required.
