This competition is run by Ackermans (Pty) Ltd (“Ackermans”).

The competition runs from 30 October 2025 to 14 November 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

Entry is open only to guests who attended the Ackermans Summer 2025 Media Event on 30 October 2025. 
- 
Entrants must reside in South Africa. 
- 
Employees of Ackermans, their immediate family members, and any agencies or suppliers directly connected to this competition are not eligible to enter. 
- 
To enter, share your favourite moments from the event on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok using the hashtag #myackermans and tag @ackermans_za. 
- 
Make sure your profile is public during the competition period so that your entry can be seen. 
- 
Entry into the competition is free, and participants may enter only once during the competition period. 
- 
Entrants must be 18 years or older. 
- 
Ackermans reserves the right to disqualify any user who enters using false information or by robotic, automated, or similar means. 
- 
When sharing, please overlay your content with the music of your choice from the available platform library. 
- 
Ackermans does not accept any responsibility for copyright and intellectual property infringement on submitted content for competition entry. 
- 
One winner will receive a R10,000 Ackermans voucher to shop their summer wardrobe. 
- 
All prizes in this competition are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. 
- 
The prize will be sent via email directly to the winner, using the email address received from them when contacted to confirm they have won. 
- 
One winner will be selected on 17 November 2025. 
- 
The winning entry will be chosen based on creativity, engagement, and how well it captures the Ackermans summer spirit. 
- 
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered from. 
- 
If the winner cannot be reached within five (5) working days, Ackermans reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 
- 
By entering, you grant Ackermans permission to use, repost, share, or feature any content in which Ackermans is tagged (including photos, videos, and captions) on its social media platforms, website, and marketing materials, with or without credit.

Ackermans cannot be held responsible for any loss, claim, or liability arising from the use of such content, and entrants may not request the removal of content once it has been featured on Ackermans’ platforms.

Ackermans may request to collaborate on beautifully created content that aligns with the Ackermans brand. Influencers may accept or decline such collaboration requests at their own discretion.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

Entrants participate at their own risk, and Ackermans will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of entering or accepting the prize.
