Ackermans now offers you more ways to get your hands on your favourite items, simple and fast. Get it delivered straight to your door or pick it up in-store with Click & Collect or Click & Collect Express.
How does home delivery work?
1. Explore our products online and simply add your favourites to your shopping cart.
2. At checkout, select your delivery option and enter the address you want it delivered to.
3. Choose how you want to pay - with a credit card, debit card, or your Ackermans account card.
4. Our courier will get into contact with you for delivery.
How does click & collect work?
1. Explore our products online and simply add your favourites to your shopping cart.
2. At checkout, select your delivery option and insert the store that you would like to collect from.
3. Choose how you want to pay - with a credit card, debit card, or your Ackermans account card.
4. Get an SMS or email to let you know your order is ready to be collected at your selected store.
What are the delivery charges?
1. Home Delivery
Orders below R600: R60 delivery fee applies to main areas.
Orders of R600 and above: FREE delivery.
2. Click and Collect
Orders below R350: R35 delivery fee applies to main areas.
Orders of R350 and above: FREE delivery.
3. Click and Collect Express
Orders below R600: R60 delivery fee applies to main areas.
Orders of R600 and above: FREE delivery.
Note: if an order expires, the delivery fee will NOT be refunded.
What is the estimated delivery time?
1. Home Delivery: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
2. Click and Collect: Delivery within 7-9 business days.
3. Click and Collect Express: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
*Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
How can I track my order?
1. Keep track of your order easily with our tracking link that you will receive when your order is on the way.

Can I return or exchange items?
If you're not happy with your order, you can return your delivery items to your nearest Ackermans store within 30 days.

What happens if I'm not available at the delivery address when the order arrives?
If you are not at home to accept your order, it will be deemed as a failed delivery and the courier will contact you to make a second attempt. If the second attempt fails, the order will be sent to the nearest Ackermans store for you to collect.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your address once you’ve placed your order online.
Can I cancel my home delivery order, and if so, what is the process for doing so?
Once you have placed your online order and paid, unfortunately, we cannot change your order after that point.
Can I pay for my home delivery order using cash on delivery, or are there specific payment options available?
Unfortunately, you cannot pay with cash for Home Delivery purchases.
