What’s In It For You

CONVENIENT

You can use your account card at any Ackermans, Shoe City, Pep, Tekkie Town, CODE, Refinery and Dunns store, in the country where it was issued. Use it to shop clothing and cellular handsets, online or in-store. Additional cards are available for up to five family members for free.

EASY TO MANAGE

Purchases are automatically billed to your account and will reflect on your monthly statement, which is available via e-mail and SMS.

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT

Account holders are entitled to a hardship benefit only in the event of death, retrenchment or temporary disability. Terms and conditions apply.

EXTRA CREDIT

Applying for a limit increase is quick and easy via USSD. Dial *130*602# for free and select option one.

You can apply online right now with only your RSA ID, cellphone number and proof of income

SMS your first name*surname*RSA ID number*gross monthly income to 34413. E.g.: Siyamazi*Mbedu*8001260192083*R6000 (SMS costs is FREE).

IN-STORE

Apply in-store at any till point with your RSA ID, cellphone number and proof of income.

After you’ve applied in-store or via SMS, a call centre agent will call you to process your application.
