Children’s feet grow quickly, so check every 2-4 months to prevent discomfort and support healthy development. For accuracy, measure in the afternoon when feet are slightly larger.

Choose shoes with padded collars, cushioned insoles, and flexible rubber soles to reduce friction and provide support. Lightweight designs help prevent fatigue during active play.

Shoes are generally in standard South African sizes. If wide sizes aren’t offered, choose styles with adjustable Velcro straps to comfortably fit slightly wider feet.
