This promotional campaign (“the Promotion”) is conducted by Ackermans, a division of Pepkor Trading (Pty) Ltd, (“the Promoter”).

The name of the Promotion is the “Character Mall Train Campaign”.

The Promotion will run from 26 September 2025 to 12 October 2025, both dates included (“the Promotion Period”).

To qualify for the Promotion, customers must purchase any Character merchandise or Character essential items from an Ackermans store.

Customers must present a valid Ackermans slip, dated between 26 September 2025 to 12 October 2025, as proof of purchase.

Upon presentation of a valid qualifying slip, the customer will receive two (2) train tickets at the designated train ticket booth.

This Promotion is exclusive to purchases made at Ackermans only.

A total of 500 mall train double tickets will be allocated for this Promotion and distributed over the duration of the campaign.

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis while the promotional ticket stock lasts. The Promoter gives no guarantee that all customers will receive a ticket.

Each qualifying till slip will entitle the customer to a maximum of two (2) mall train tickets, irrespective of the number of qualifying products purchased.

The mall train tickets are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item.

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion, or any aspect thereof, for any reason whatsoever.

The Promoter, its associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment arising from participation in this Promotion or from any use of the mall train tickets, however caused.
