To change your statement delivery channel to email or mobile, email us on email@example.com. Alternatively, SMS your account number and email address to 31457 if you wish to receive email statements or SMS your account number, the word "mobile" and your cell number to 31457. SMS cost R1.50 and is only available in SA.

If your card is stolen, simply call our Call Centre on 0860 900 100 (RSA) or +27 (0)21 928 1040 (International) as soon as possible to have your card stopped immediately. Then you can visit an Ackermans store to get a new card.
