Q. What happens if I lose my Ackermans Card or if it’s stolen?

A. Simply call our Customer Service Line on + 27 800 11 09 29 (toll-free) as soon as you can.  Your card will then be stopped and a new one issued.

Q. Can a friend or family member make a purchase while using my Ackermans Card?

A. No, because your Ackermans Card is just like a credit card and any purchase requires your signature.  But you can of course apply for a Supplementary Card, which shares your account and credit limit. 

Q. How do I pay my Ackermans account over the Internet?

A. Our details for internet banking are as follows:

   Beneficiary:    

            For Standard Bank and ABSA bank this is Nedbank Card Division
            For First National Bank this is Nedbank Consumer Card
            For Nedbank this is Nedbank Card Division if you select “credit card” as account type
            or Ackermans Card Payment if you select “Bank-approved Beneficiary” as account type.

            Reference: Your 16 digit Ackermans account number
