A. Simply call our Customer Service Line on + 27 800 11 09 29 (toll-free) as soon as you can. Your card will then be stopped and a new one issued.
Q. can a friend or family member make a purchase while using my a-plus card?
A. No, because your A-Plus Card is just like a credit card and any purchase requires your signature. But you can of course apply for a Supplementary Card, which shares your account and credit limit.
